Martells, Baratheons and Arryns strand together under the light of R'hllor.
Starks and Tullys aid each other in the defense of their borders.
Tyrells and Lannisters, though not without tension between the parts, are allied economically through Trade agreements.
Nobody likes Boltons nor Greyjoys.

Been a long time since the Dreadfort had a new Stark king skin to hang up.

As I believe it currently is,
Tyrell and Lannister are allied with the Blackfyres
Tully, Baratheon, and Martell are against the Blackfyres.
Greyjoy, Arryn, Bolton and Stark haven't made official declarations of alliance, although Arryn has declared to protect the Baratheons.
